Neil McCall
Interim Chief Executive, William Sutton HomesNeil has led Broomleigh for five years and is now interim Chief Executive at William Sutton Homes. At Broomleigh Neil achieved improved customer services while also delivering major change. He is also on the Board of another large London RSL and a trustee of MENCAP’s housing subsidiary.
John Bell
Managing Director, Community Building Services (CBS) LtdJohn manages CBS, a commercial building company and subsidiary of
William Sutton Homes . CBS provides a wide range of building
maintenance services to William Sutton Homes, a number of other
registered social landlords and local authorities.
Community
Building Services uses directly employed, highly skilled professional
trade staff who are fully committed to excellent customer service and
meeting the needs of local communities.
Julia Coulton
Regional Housing Director (Central)Julia is responsible for ensuring excellent neighbourhood housing
services
are delivered to residents in William Sutton Homes' Central region, as
well as working in partnership with local communities. The Central
Region stretches from Sheffield to Hemel Hempstead.
Julia will
also be looking at performance and continuous improvement across
William Sutton Homes, and supported housing services. Prior to joining
Willam Sutton Homes, Julia was Performance and Improvement Manager at
Places for People.
Jeremy Kape
Director of Property ServicesJeremy recently joined William Sutton Homes and is responsible for the delivery of all responsive, planned and major works to our residents' homes across the country. One of our resident's top priorities is a good repairs and maintenance service and Jeremy is currently looking at how we can deliver an effective service that meets our residents’ needs.
Wendy Pretten
Regional Housing Director (North)Wendy is responsible for ensuring excellent housing management services
are delivered across the North Region. She is currently leading a
review of lettings across William Sutton Homes and seeking new
development opportunities in Leeds, Greater Manchester and the North
East.
Wendy is also leading on William Sutton Homes' review in
resident involvement and community investment, ensuring that both meet
the needs of residents and their communities.
Michelle Reynolds
Regional Housing Director (South)Michelle oversees excellent neighbourhood housing management services to our residents there. This includes residents in the South West of the country whose homes have recently transferred to William Sutton Homes. In addition Michelle is acting Chief Executive of Aashyana, the South West’s first Asian led housing association, which provides homes and housing services predominantly in the Bristol area.
