Will the change in management affect my rent?

No. Your rent will not rise as a result of the recent changes. Rents are controlled by a Government policy which all housing associations must follow. The Government’s policy aims to bring housing association and council rents for similar properties in line with each other. Any changes in rent will be because of this.
