Will the terms of my tenancy change?

The only change to your tenancy will be that William Sutton will become your landlord. All the other terms of your tenancy will remain unchanged. Your rights and obligations as a tenant will remain the same. The rights you have are either rights given to you by law or contractual ones and these can not be changed without consulting you. If tenants currently have the right to purchase their home, this right will be retained.
