In what ways can I pay my rent to William Sutton?

William Sutton Homes works with allpay.net Ltd on rent payments.  All residents have an allpay rent payment card to make their rent and service charge payments.

If you haven’t got one already you will soon be given a new allpay rent payment card to make rent and service charge payments to William Sutton.

The rent payment card is a plastic swipe card, which will hold your name and rent account number. It is not a credit card and has no monetary value.

You can use the card to pay your rent with cash or cheque at a Post Office, Paypoint (often accept cash only) or PAYzone outlet. These methods have been selected as they can be found in many newsagents, corner shops, and garages. When we issue your card we will provide you with a list of the outlets in your local area.

If you have a bank or building society account you may find it more convenient to pay by direct debit. If you have a debit card you can also make payments over the telephone, via the internet, or by Giro bank Transfer.
