Lettings

Lettings To deliver an effective lettings service to our residents we seek to be transparent and where possible offer choice for existing and future residents.

William Sutton Homes works with its local authority partners on letting homes to those in greatest housing needs.

In many of the local authorities with which we work we operate the traditional points based lettings system. Through this system we aim to make the best use of our available homes and ensure our lettings are carried out fairly and in way which is independent and accountable to residents, regulators and other agencies.

We have produced local lettings plans for our larger schemes so that we can maximise choice for residents in ensuring that they are offered homes in the town and community in which they wish to live.

We work in partnership with many local authorities on a choice based lettings system and operate common housing registers in a number of local authority areas with existing partnership arrangements.
