William Sutton Homes is dedicated to continuously raising our standards of services. To help achieve this we carry out regular reviews of all aspects of our services, carry out customer satisfaction surveys and undertake mystery shopping exercises. |
To deliver effective and efficient services to our residents across the country we have established three regions North, Central and South. Each region is headed up by a regional housing director, supported by regional housing managers and local teams. As well as providing day to day housing management services our local teams also lead on resident and community development initiatives.
These teams are complemented by a Director of Property Services and the Managing Director of our in house maintenance company, Community Building Services.
