Reporting Repairs

Reporting Repairs We know that providing a good repairs and maintenance service is one of your top priorities.

We are committed to delivering excellent repairs and maintenance services (including gas safety*) to our residents and know that this is one of your top priorities.

We are currently reviewing the way we deliver this service and working with residents in the Merseyside area on trialing a phone based system of reporting repairs.  Once the results of this trial are know we will look at how best to deliver services across the country.

In the meantime please continue to contact your local office in the normal way to report your repair.  Contact details for your local office can be found in the Contact Us section.

* Please remember that it is important to have a gas service one a year. We are legally required to carry out this service to ensure our residents' safety. If you smell gas please phone Transco immediately on 0800 111 999 999
